Hospitality as a differentiating factor<\/span><\/h2>\n

MyOffice launched its first location in Zwolle in 2017: a place where working and meeting naturally came together. What started as a single inspiring location quickly grew into a nationwide organization with twelve locations across the Netherlands. <\/p>\n

The collaboration in practice<\/h2>\n

The collaboration between Flexado and MyOffice began with a focused pilot across three locations: Groningen, Breda, and Den Bosch. The goal was to experience in practice how both services could strengthen each other and where the greatest added value would lie. The pilot proved successful, and as of January 1, 2026, the partnership was expanded to include all MyOffice locations. <\/p>\n

With the addition of MyOffice, Flexado instantly expands its nationwide coverage with twelve locations. This enables the platform to serve customers even better and always offer a suitable solution, including in cities such as Groningen, Den Bosch, Meppel, Amsterdam Airport, and Eindhoven. <\/p>\n

After the launch, expectations were immediately tested in practice. For MyOffice, the platform\u2019s wide reach and clear communication quickly became visible advantages. In particular, the administrative relief had a direct impact on the organization. As Charissa states: \u201cBeing able to outsource a great deal allows us to focus more on the people themselves rather than on contracts, invoices, and other administrative concerns.\u201d <\/p>\n

The collaboration therefore aligns with the original ambition: achieving growth without adding internal complexity.<\/p>\n

Another noticeable aspect was the shared mentality. MyOffice\u2019s no-nonsense approach strongly aligns with Flexado\u2019s way of working. This resulted in short lines of communication, clarity, and an efficient partnership. At the same time, the procedural efficiency within the organization is clearly experienced. \u201cSo far, we are very pleased with the number of new clients, but also with the ease we have experienced in the process,\u201d says Charissa. <\/p>\n

The impact extends beyond client growth alone. The collaboration also strengthens the nationwide visibility of the entire MyOffice concept. \u201cBusiness centers are the perfect location for flexible workspaces. We can offer not just one, but many more services to flexible workers. This way, they only need to be in one place to collect their mail, work, have lunch, and hold meetings,\u201d says Charissa.<\/p>\n

This combination of services under one roof makes business centers powerful hubs within the hybrid work landscape a development in which platforms like Flexado play a connecting role between supply and demand.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, expectations remain positive. \u201cOf course, we hope to attract even more clients for our virtual offices, but it would be great if, in the future, we could also welcome clients for our other services through Flexado,\u201d Charissa adds. <\/p>\n
