Calculation example A
A client purchases a virtual office at your location through Flexado. The price for is €80 per month. As long as the customer uses this service, you will monthly receive €40. If there are 30 customers registered at your location through Flexado, you will receive €1.200 a month.
Calculation example B
A client who purchases a virtual office at your location would also like to rent a meeting room. The client books a space worth €350 through Flexado. You can bill Flexado €245. (70%)
Calculation example C
A client is looking for an office space. Through Flexado, the client gets in touch with your location. When the client has signed the rental agreement with you, Flexado invoices 10% of the (annual) revenue. Thus, with a lease worth €12,000, you earn €10,800.

Commission amounts are stored in a separate suspense account and paid to you automatically each month. So you don’t have to send us invoices and never have to wait for your income again!

For what period of time do I commit to Flexado?
An agreement with Flexado is indefinite with a minimum term of 6 months. This allows us to offer our customers security for their operations.
What is the income distribution between Flexado and me?
As a partner of Flexado, you receive income:
- Meeting space 70%.
- Workstations and day offices 70%.
- Virtual office 50%.
- Fixed office space: 90% over the first year.
How often will I be paid?
In your own MyFlexado portal, you have an overview of the customers registered at your location. Each month, Flexado automatically pays the commission amount to be received by you. You no longer have to send an invoice for this.
Can I register multiple locations?
In the portal, you can add multiple locations.
How do I receive an application from a new customer?
As soon as we receive an application for your location we will notify you by email. In this e-mail you will receive all the necessary information. For a virtual office, you can think of a company name, contact person, start date and post instructions.
Can I have Flexado fully manage my virtual clients?
It is possible to house all your virtual clients with Flexado. We facilitate the entire process, all you have to do is process the mail.
Can I refuse clients or companies?
You can always decide whether to accept a client or not.
Even during the period that someone is a customer, you can choose to refuse the customer.
